On Public transport, people either like to talk or be left alone. This is one great idea to make people travel according to their wishes and make contact if they desire to do so.

Distribute laminated cards that fit into slots mounted above the seats. The laminated cards read: I LIKE TO ______________________ The sentence can be completed with a whiteboard marker: e.g. I LIKE 2 TALK, I LIKE 2 SPEAK SPANISH, I LIKE 2 SPEAK ABOUT POLITICS, I LIKE 2 TRADE MY NOVELS, I LIKE 2 REHEARSE MY MATH LESSON.CAN YOU HELP? , i LIKE 2 WORK IN SILENCE, etc.... People take this card home for the next journey. These laminated cards can be cleaned and re-used if the user wants something else.
