Public transport users and citizens, in general, are often not aware of the constraints and evaluation/prioritization criteria which stand behind public transport choices

Full Description of the idea

Sometime this condition lead citizens to feel that Public Transport stakeholders are not committed to comply with their needs and expectations but rather they are guided by other commitments, in some cases also conflicting with their requirements. The communication of a consistent and clear group of indicators used to explain how decisions are taken can be beneficial. Initiatives to be implemented in the future must be announced with a clear indication of milestone and related commitments which could be easily monitored by the users/citizens.
