Incentive and support that all public transport companies share there data with everybody. For start, GTFS data (schedules), but also data about vehicles of stops/stations. So anybody can use this data for app's or websites.

Public transport companies should focus on their main task: running busses, trams, metro or trains. Other tasks, like building a app or a planner, can be done by people that have more experience in software development. And without boundaries. If all public transport companies share their data, people can use this for innovative software, app's or websites. This data should contain the schedules, locations of the stops/stations, ... (GTFS data set), Realtime data of the vehicles, but also vehicle data (accessible, load, facilities, ...) and station data (accessible, facilities, POI's, Opening times, ...). With this data software developers can make a multi-modal planner across Europe, with the need of the users, ....
